Mona Høvring's first novel, Noe som Hjelper, first published in 2004, was published in German translation in March this year by independent publisher edition fünf.
Just before publication her last novel, Fordi Venus passerte en alpe ol den dagen jeg blei født, was awarded the Norwegian Kritikerprisen as the best novel of 2018.
In time for the Frankfurt Bookfair this is now also published in German translation. Mona Høvring will read from and talk about both books with her translator Ebba D. Drolshagen und her editor Karen Nölle.
