The GuestScroll is handed over from Georgia, the Guest of Honour in 2018, to Norway, the upcoming Guest of Honour. The event is held at the Georgian Guest of Honour Pavilion, Forum, Level 1.

The Handover Ceremony is the closing event at the Guest of Honour pavilion. Each year, the specially designed „GuestScroll“ is enriched by another literary quote and handed over to the next Guest of Honour. The moderated talk of two authors – Zurab Karumidze from Georgia and Åsne Seierstad from Norway - will be followed by the handover of the GuestScroll from Georgia to Norway.
The event closes with a musical performance from Norway with the trio Mathias Eick, Kjetil Bjerkestrand and Herborg Kråkevik.
The conversation between the authors is moderated by Thomas Böhm.
